Receiving Assistance

Military/Veteran Resource Center

The Military/Veteran Resource Center (MVRC) is the primary contact for prospective military, active-duty military, veterans and their family members on campus. Our center ensures that military-affiliated students are assisted in their progress toward completing their academic degree.

Fort Meade Education & Resiliency Center

Anne Arundel Community College offers services at the Fort Meade Education & Resiliency Center located on the Fort George G. Meade Army Installation. Services provided include: admissions and registration, placement testing, academic advising, bill/payment plans and career services.

Staying Connected

Student Veterans Association

The Student Veterans Association provides military veterans with the resources, support and community needed to succeed in higher education and following graduation. This organization coordinates campus activities, provides pre-professional networking and generally gives a touchstone for student veterans in higher education.

Student Achievement and Success Program

The Student Achievement and Success Program (SASP) is a support and retention program designed to increase the academic success, retention, graduation and transfer of students who may have more barriers and challenges to overcome in order to realize their goals.
